LDC Infrastructure Hires Two Lease Acquisitions Executives

Sydney, Australia (July 1, 2015) – LDC Infrastructure, a ground lease acquisition company specializing in infrastructure assets, announced that Daniel Bagdon and Daniel Francis have both joined its team in the role of Director of Acquisitions in the company’s Sydney office.

Mr. Francis joins LDC following a highly successful sales career in the telecommunications and property industries spanning fifteen years. Most recently he was the National New Business Manager at Australia’s leading online commercial property platform, where he leveraged existing relationships with some of Australia’s largest property owners. Daniel has experience negotiating multi-million dollar transactions with blue chip organisations, a background that will serve him well in working with telecom providers and outdoor advertising companies.

Mr. Bagdon has fifteen years experience in commercial real estate, including at a Managing Director level. This time was spent at leading agencies CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle and Taylor Nicholas. Daniel is heavily involved in some of Australia’s most influential networking groups, including BNI Face, American Chamber of Commerce in Australia and the NSW Business Chamber of Commerce.

As Director of Acquisitions, Mr. Bagdon and Mr. Francis will provide their clients with liquidity for their telecom towers, billboards and wind turbine ground leases.

“We’re excited to have these guys on our team,” said Luke Course, Vice President of Acquisitions for Landmark Dividend. “Australia is a rapidly growing market for us and we are confident that these two experienced and talented professionals will help continue this growth.”
