LDC Infrastructure Begins Australian Operations

Sydney, Australia (May 22, 2015) – Landmark Dividend LLC recently launched its Australian operations through its subsidiary, LDC Infrastructure Pty Ltd. LDC Infrastructure is headquartered in Sydney and acquires ground lease rights throughout the Commonwealth of Australia.

LDC Infrastructure provides strategic capital to clients which include landlords, business owners, churches, body corporates, investors, developers and government entities through the acquisition of their telecommunications, outdoor advertising, wind turbine, and fibre optic ground lease rights and associated rental streams. Land and building owners (or parties holding the landlord’s interest in a lease) receive a lump sum cash payment in exchange for their rights in such ground leases.

“Australia is an exciting market for our business and we are very happy to be here,” said Bruce Rosen, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Landmark Dividend. “As we’ve met customers and partners over the past eight months to explain our value proposition, we’ve had an overwhelmingly positive response. It solidified our decision to be here.”

Customers who sell their ground lease rights to LDC Infrastructure often use their capital to buy additional real estate or invest in an existing or new business. Others use their proceeds to pay down debt, hold as working capital for future projects or fund their retirement.

“Our message to customers is that their telecom, billboard, wind turbine and fiber optic ground leases have a liquid value that can be converted into capital through a fast and streamlined process,” said Alex Stone, Senior Vice President at Landmark Dividend. “We take a consultative approach to our business, with the goal of helping our customers achieve greater financial security.”
